Yes, the above file shows some viruses, but let me explain :
It is a WinRAR compressed file which has a program inside, that injects something in a program (it injects the hack into Modern Warfare 2) The same thing a regular virus does, so antiviruses think this is a virus too. Don't trust it? Don't download! Easy as pie.

Guide :
Step 1 :
Download the hack in the attachment below (UPDATEDESP184.rar)
For step 2, you need to make sure you have WinRAR. If you don't have it, download it, I won't give the link since I'm not allowed
Step 2 :
Open the folder, and EXTRACT the file in it to any place you'd like (I'd say your desktop). Make sure you DO extract, not just open within winrar.
Step 3 :
Open NEWESPHack184.exe
Step 4 :
You'll see a new Window popping saying "Waiting for COD mw2"
Take a guess? Open MW2 and join a game
Step 5 :
Annoy the hell 'outta everyone!

A : Yep, you can run it Fullscreen and with Windows XP's oldness too!
UPDATE : It doesn't seem to work on Fullscreen for everyone, I'm sorry for this!

A : ESP Stands for Extrasensory Perception. It basically means you can see people, or at least, see where people are through any object, which gives you a very big advantage.

A : Yes , you can ALWAYS get banned for using hacks. Just don't make it too obvious you're hacking and you should be fine.

What do you mean, make my own website? :P
This is quite laggy and the boxes are small and annoying to see when lagging, I much prefer the non-lagging Chopper / AC130 boxes.
Or is the windowed mode you posted roughly a day ago safer?
