Have been banned due to silly mistake as a new member.

Hello,

I purchased a premium account and paid over £90 for my status as a truster person within the MPGH community.
However, 3 days later I received a unfair permanent infraction from a person who I do not believe should be allowed to use the site.

This all happened months back, however I have only just come to my senses that this was completely unfair and practically unlawful after paying a sum of money.

Nethertheless, I contacted the person who issued the infraction to only find they reply with this:

Please sort this out and kindly reinstate my account. Is it possible to sell my account to other users also (as I may no longer use it), especially as it has premium seller. I have no intentions of doing this if it is not allowed. Please advise me.

Paying for a premium membership does not make you above all, or above the rules.
If you actually read the rules "No selling/buying/trading MPGH accounts. (Permanent Ban)".
The infraction given by Yamiez was for you bumping a thread older than 30 days.
In your case, you bumped a 2 year old thread, which is ban worthy.
No bumping dead threads for no important reason. (3 Day Ban)
Your infraction seems to have expired anyways, so don't see the point in this thread.
Also, threatening a staff member would not seem to help you in any case.
