If you take the fact that the lack of snow in countries will hinder their chances to the point where it is not worth the effort. Then to be realistic, its not the mentality olympic games should have.

Olympic games should be based on events where every country has a chance. If you take only events that can occur in certain countries due to their climates. You see the summer olympics are what everyone focuses on because no matter where you come from, if you truly work hard, you can make it.
