Are you going to start SEing shoes and do you know for sure if it works? Also, is it sure to work on most pairs on Adidas and Nike for like Soccer shoes or something or just certain types?

Stop asking about brands. This works depending on the retailer. Eg, you might fail SEing Nike at some store, but might succeed at some other.

I can answer this for @PKTINOS , many companies have both alternatives, but phone calls like more legit. I've tried with Nike via live chat, but they just ask you to call them just because they have a higher level of support, but you could try using live chat.
