Majorly disruptive ban

Hello,
I got this ban like one year ago.I have deleted the game from my account with the hope that if I repurchase it, the ban will be gone but, the ban will remain even then.(according to steam info)I have been using some scripts when I had cheaters in the enemy teams.
I could simply get new account but, this one is 9 years old.
I have tried to explain them the situation, nothing happen.(devs can't respond back on the steam support)
Maybe you guys know some social engineering solution..

I do have some skins with over 10$ value, I don't care much but, I wanted to keep playing on this account.

They are di*ks, this wasn't even serious.They fucking allow you to make a new account and repurchase it but, they do not allow you on the same account.They also take down your skins.What if I had karambits...CS:GO logic.
The only reason I cheated was because I met many cheaters in my enemy teams, screwing the match.Instead of a liftime ban they shoud f*cking focus on patching hax.

Steam Support is really bad. You have a really low chance to be unbanned so you should go and buy another account, sorry for your 9 years old account..

Nothing wrong with that. If you cheat you accept the risk. Don't want a risk don't cheat. If you don't want to play against cheaters leave the match. If you want less obvious cheaters, play leagues. there is no way e.g. I would be obv in esea, not even esl haha i dont think anyone would be...
