SE'ing a laptop help

Okay, so if i managed to SE a laptop, can it be identified if i use it?

Is the MAC address/Windows Key traceable ect?

Basically i'm SE'ing for personal use and want to know if it's safe to use.

Exactly, if i refund it, then i shouldn't have it. They might consider it stolen, do they blacklist the MAC address or Windows key or serial ect.

It will be fine, they gave it to you anyway and I doubt they would've recorded conversations of you SEing them. The most they would be able to do is cancel your key and it would probably be to late for that if you've already used it.
