Their support is horrendous mainly because they are busy all the time and their "corporate" phone number is basically their retail stores.

So let's say you bought an extra shirt by accident. Well tough luck, getting an email from them takes days and their phone hours aren't even 24/7. By the time you get a response from someone, your shirt has already shipped out.

Now let's say your shirt got misplaced by the UPS. It happens more often then you think especially during BOGO season. If you want a refund, you gotta take it up with UPS because according to Supreme (based off of my own experiences and many people), once it ships it is no longer their problem. So you gotta file a report with UPS which then (obviously) prompts an investigation. UPS does their thing and after that they provide a check back to Supreme. You then have to call up Supreme and tell them that the deal with UPS was done and that Supreme now has the check. Supreme then looks for it, confirms that they have it, and then sends it to you.

It's a pain in the ass for an ACTUAL costumer.

Well I was implying that the method was meant for released products because there isn't any way anyone can get unreleased products because they aren't released yet.

You're gonna need some insane proof before any mods decide to approve the thread for it.

This is 100% not possible to SE sold-out pieces. The reason resell on pieces is high is because you physically cannot get it from anywhere cheaper. If Supreme had backstock of hyped pieces to "give out" to SE's, resell would not be in the 1k region for a peach/sage bogo. I'm a shoe/clothes reseller for hyped drops and I can 100% promise your "method" does not work on anything reselling above retail. Source: AIO'd 2 pairs of Zebras, 9 pairs of Breds, 2 Peach bogos.

I agree with Predator, you're gonna need alot of proof. I feel like Supreme is one of those companies that would just say "Fuck you! That's your problem, not ours." if it 'doesn't arrive' or whatever excuse you have to SE them.

This e-book Does involve SE'ing from re-sellers and not directly from their website however there is another method to do that included
but the first is a bit easier and takes less time.
