I have written my fair share of vouches on this website for the past month, and Okabe is one of the somewhat limited refunders I feel completely comfortable asking questions and for updates. Okabe responds promptly and understands what it is like from the customer's perspective.

Furthermore, Okabe adequately expresses the reasonings for absences or late reply to you.

I used Okabe's Overstock service, and the refund was completed on the same day I had filled out the form. If money were not a concern, I would use Okabe's services again.
