You have to be more specific...The swf or exe?
EXE does not require flash projector, if you are talking about getting an error.
Go to control panel and change 'View by' to small or are large icons, go to Flash and go to Advanced, press Trusted Location Settings and press Add and navigate to the file, then run it and it should work...smh

EXE not working at all, tried all sorts, updated flash, add to trusted, still nothing, any ideas ?

I don't know, I'll have to check into it...In the meantime please use the SWF
