yo guys. my friend said he ordered a qvc desktop , but the order has been canceled and account closed by qvc.
but he receive a desktop today and the receipt is $0.00 charge.
so do he have to return the desktop or just keep it??

idk , it was a desktop tho pretty expensive! . i already told him to keep it until qvc contact him . if qvc didn't contact him 3 month, then he can use the desktop LOL...

Well order was cancelled, but you still received it. It's not your fault, it's their fault. Most likely, you can keep the computer and they won't be able to do anything bout it

Best to wait a couple weeks before opening it. You never know when the companies shipping team realizes they made a mistake and follow up on it.
