Don't worry mate, there's many people in the same boat as you and I'm one of them.

I'm completely lost on what to do in life and motivation is at the lowest it could ever be. Heck, these past 4 years of my life have been the worst so far, and they have effected me so badly, I'm practically a fucking psycho now compared to at the start of those 4 years where I was a massive nerd and had a direction for life. I turn 18 in a few weeks and I finish college in about 2 months, couldn't really give a shit about either.
Just having to take life as it comes now, I don't bother doing anything as nothing turns out right and just kills my motivation more.

I did have some advice but I forgot it whilst typing that shit, might edit the post if it comes back to me.

Good advice. Casey is a huge sense of inspiration and motivation. A high school drop out now worth millions. One of the few extremely smart YouTubers in the world. All the dumb retard YouTubers are spending their money on shit like lambos. This is guy is building multi-million dollar companies.
