Are you selling an SE/refund service? Are you trying to exchange currencies? Please make sure you meet the requirements written out in the following threads:

If you're selling accounts, a text document is not proof. You must show proof of being logged into an account. A general rule of thumb is your proof should be something you would show to a potential buyer that verifies what you're selling you first of all, have, and secondly, is a tangible 'thing' that can be bought.

How do I get my User ID for IM BB code?
1. Go to your user profile by clicking on your name
2. The numbers at the end of the URL is your user ID.
Make sure your thread is in the appropriate section. If you're making a thread in "Buying accounts/keys/items" you must still attend to these rules despite no moderation queue.
