Since bitcoin is used to do a lot of trading usually for goods or other altcoins, if the bitcoin goes down, then everything else will go down (though this is my hypothesis, backed by no evidence whether or not there is causation). Most transactions from coin to coin is like altcoin > bitcoin > altcoin. The overall market cap for crypto dropped from around 117 billion to 98 billion which is also a bad sign. And when everything is red, tons of people are panic selling. I just see it as a good time to buy more.

Yeah, I believe it will shoot up until mid-July and then back down late July since all miners have to decide whether or not they want to get on the SegWix train or not. Some will, some won't, and this uncertainty will likely hurt trust in Bitcoin causing the price to plummet. Where there's more conflict, there's more uncertainty, and less trust.
