Just need a little help (Flaming allowed because of stupid question too!)

So, this doesn't have to do with hacks, but it has something to do with CoD4. I bought CoD4 few years ago, and installed it on my crappy laptop. After installing it, I tried playing, and it didn't work too good, so I stopped playing. Over time, the serial key got lost, and I have no copies of it. I still have the CoD4 installed on my old laptop, but I just bought a new Desktop with good specs. Is there any way for me to find out what the serial key is that I used? Can i run CoD4 and click something to find out the key? I want to install the game on my new desktop. If I have to play on a cracked server or something, can someone tell me, do alot of people play on them?

Normally there is a document saved with the key... for me it is under C:\ and theres a .txt with the key in it..

Yeah cracked servers sucks and full of hackers, not fun at all =/

You can click on start then click run and type in regedit then go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE then click on SOFTWARE and look for cod 4. If you did it right when you click on it it will tell you on the side Name Type and Data in Data it will show the key. If you need help I can just team view you.
