Recieved a 6/8 char. It took less than 10minutes(7 to be exact). One of the fastest maxers around the forum I suppose. Mules were well organized and everything was prepared before hand. From what I notice, the stock is regularly stock without a single second wasted. The price is of of the cheapest, with a payment method everyone can use internationally. Dozens of mules were noticeably waiting for me to drink the pots, and without a second loss, I have been maxed. OP didn't mention to bring tier 0 items, but as a precaution you shall, just to prevent Deca noticing suspicious trades on going. Cheap,quick,and lastly efficient.

The reason people sell 6/8 is because it's a lot more expensive to max Life and Mana, so they choose not to.

I could if you'd like but I'd have to figure out prices for doing that
