Bape has better hoodie designs IMO. The shark face hoodies are iconic. Supreme just has the BOGO's. If that's what you like then go for it.
I usually buy stuff off eBay. If they have a offer best price option, then I usually message the seller and negotiate for a good price.

Too many fakes, don't want to risk it, unless you know a specific person who's legit that you've bought from before?

I usually look at the seller's history. More reviews (stars) obviously better. Plus if they have been selling a lot of stuff recently like Supreme stuff and such, then most likely they are a legit seller. I also ask for more pictures to make sure it's legit. Then again, if it isn't, eBay sides with the buyer so you're good. Just a pain in the ass though.

Don't have any shops that I can recommend for you since you don't live in the US/California area. Many of the sellers I buy from are people that I've dealt with before or people my friends have done deals with. I've bought a lot of Supreme on eBay and I've never gotten a fake once.
