And my friend got the 3100 dollar book. I got the 2300 one and we swapped it. I don't even have the one I fucking got. This is crazy man. I don't understand how they linked it. My friend didn't even get an email.

I don't think this is real. if they really emailed you and said they will bill you, how sure are they that after the refund you didn't just go buy another MacBook from someone else. Since your friends is another price they can't link it to you unless you signed with your real name, did the refund really close to each other, or someone fucked up.
