I can't send new messages

Hello,
when I try to send a new message (clicking on settings, then send a new message) I get the error:

greendayasd, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.


I'm pretty sure I should have the permission to access the page and I'm also sure I've activated my account like 7 years ago, when I try to activate it again no mail is sent. So is my account disabled in any way, if so, why? This should be the first post I've made in this forum, so I guess the is no reason for me to be banned.
