You will have to delete the Easy Anti-Cheat folder from Roaming folder each time you want to start using Cheat engine or whatever in-game to modify Bloodpoints / levels / items etc

Is really necessary delete EasyAntiCheat folder? I never do it, and when i block the connection with the rules (Inbound and outbound) EasyAntiCheat doesn't even start. For safety, i check every time with Task Manager, but EAC never show up :/
