is there a command to ignore medusas in crazyclient or orape?

Yes there is, not sure what the command is

/aig (Medusa ID) - This adds Medusa to ignore list.
/rig (Medusa ID) - This removed Medusa from ignore list.
/aex (Medusa ID) - Targets Medusa over anything else.

Turn On 'Display Mob Info' under 'Visual' tab in settings. Once you've done that, head on into a good old realm server and find a medusa, or any mob you're trying to find the ID for. It should show up in a green text next to their name. Medusa's ID is 1620.
