Half of that is true. He has a lot of cons but also has some Pros that may be useful. The cons he brings into the white house may be "unacceptable" in social terms but he's doing the dirty work that needs to be done.

Combating illegal immigration, travel bans on countries that you have extremists cells in which are out to destory western civilization, excluding trans people from military (will be an issue due to the psychological changes/effects of hormone therapy)...
