So I just got the saying that I'm able to get a vouch copy from a trusted member since the staff members are ether busy or don't need a refund at this time. Other than that, For all you trusted members I'm giving out one free vouch copy for my refunding thread. please give me a pm if you are interested.

The staff that can only take a staff vouch copy for refunding/SE services are those who are in the following usergroups:

- Head Administrator
- Administrator
- Staff Administrator
- Global Moderators
- Moderator
- Official Middlemen

This means that Minion+ and Minion cannot take it.

For a list of staff and who fits under which usergroup, search here

If someone did tell you that you could take it from a trusted member, I'd prefer if you'd take it from a Minion+ or Minion, assuming they want it.

If not, then you can do a giveaway to find someone who can take it.

They will need to meet the following requirements though:

1. At least 1500 posts
2. At least 3 months registration
3. Not blacklisted from Marketplace
4. Doesn't have a pending scam report

If you cannot find a staff member who wants it, post a thread in the Giveaway section, find someone who can first off accept the vouch, and post proof they received when thread goes up (pictures/screenshots). Your thread will only be approved once the entire refunding process is complete and refund is back with the user.


To find an eligible person in the giveaway section, make users select a random number 1-50, 1 entry per person, a GM will randomely select a user themselves. Contact a GM when at least 10 users have joined the giveaway.
