Very Sticky Situation

Regarding the following thread:

Main account name is Hydrogen.

Banned for "Exit Scamming", which tbh doesn't make any sense considering its over $20, an I've spent $150 and 6 years on this account...
I refunded the guy a long time ago, but he has never responded, and hasn't been on his skype or any contactable media in atleast a few weeks now. I had no use of being on MPGH after I refunded him as I had exams and was extremely busy. But now I would like to be unbanned despite it being almost 6 months. Only problem is that this guy is inactive and I've been trying to hit him up and get me unbanned for weeks now, and he hasn't replied. It wasn't even a scam really, I just forgot to mention I had a college camp during his order, and it would take longer. I wasn;t even able to testify during the scam report. I wouldn't scam over $25. Regardless I take responsbility, and have not only refunded him, but I will also be willing to donate an the exact funds being dispute to mpgh, meaning I've given him his $25 and also donate the $25.

Hope you guys understand the situation, I wouldn't scam over $20
