How do I know if I am Banned?

Is it when IW4 Console pops up when you start MW2 Multiplayer up? And it says cheat detected? If I am Banned can I still play Single Player? Can I buy another MW2 on that same steam account or do I have to make a new one? Last question.... Is all the other games on my Steam account banned to... well the multiplayer ones?

When 'Cheat detected' shows up you are probably VAC-Banned ...
I believe you can still play MW2 Singleplayer, not quite sure

you know that you are banned when you get the ''cheat detected'' error.
you can still play singleplayer.
if you want to be able to play multiplayer on mw2 again: u gotta rebuy the game or buy a new cd key (cd key is much cheaper) and make a new steam account with it.

Sucks. Happned to me to.

you are vac banned on that account for only mw2. if you want to play you need to buy a new game or cdkey and use it on a NEW steam account (just tell your friends to add the new one). you can still play the singe player and do spec ops with friends.

( this happened to me)

I got a warning saying I played to much and if it continued I would be banned =.=

g oto your steam home and then press options. youll see a VAC reputation there
