HOW DO I KNOW I AM BANNED FROM CROSSFIRE, HELP PLZ....

Ok so i was happily play crossfire this past sunday and then i loged off and went to play soccer at the park, but when i came back i tried loggin in into my z8games forum but it said PLEASE CHECK LOGIN ID AND PASSWORD then i tried to login into crossfire.exe (aka the game) XD but it said the same thing, HOWEVER, I searched for my player but it still exist

Either you can't spell your password/username or your account is under investigation. If it is, however, it would say that you're banned. Try signing into the website.

no i turned of caps and i already tried signing in into website and game and it says please check login ID and password on both, so what if it is under investigation how long does it take because its been three days already HELP =(

if you try logging into crossfire through the game and it only tells you to check login id and password, most likely your are NOT banned. BUT. if it says you cannot test the servers, you are banned. i had an account banned and it gave me that message. best way to see if youre banned, is to send email confirmation to the email you used to register for the account and try logging in with the password it gave you. if a message pops up saying "this account has been blocked for ___" then it will bring you to a support ticket that will give you a phone number to call to ask or complain about the account. i went through this process to unblock the account i had for elegidley "stealing" it

i try logging in i doesnt say anything like that just to check my id and pass both on game and website and i have never changed my pass nor my ID, so what i did is that i clicked on lost id and pass so that it can send my ID and pass but i never got the msg in my email and that was the email i registered and im realy sure i typed in my ID and password correctly with no caps how can i get the number to complain about this

when u log in and it says banned ur banned so now ur not banned just try to log back in again

well make sure when you sent the email that it told you it succesfully did it. cuz it might not have sent it either becuz the email doesnt exist or w/e

Yea like soul team said it shows if u get banned

Go to the portal and look for your account if its is banned

no if it says please check log in it means some1 hacked maybe your acc so u have to send a e-mail to your acc and ull get the pw
if it say you can not acess the test server YOU GOT BANNED!!!
