can I share my game banned copy with another account and play that way?

My main acc got a game ban because I was a bit silly in using it for that, but I saw someone circumventing what looks like an EAC ban with sharing the account via family sharing. do game bans restrict this?

Yes, they restrict this. DBD will be in your new account's library but you will have to buy game again in order to launch it.

you can't. either the game will say 'install' instead of play, or if it does say play it will say you need the owners authorization (even if youve already given it)
