The mindset we have eating meat of a live human vs. human meat grown in a laboratory are two completely different things.
If I knew I was going to eat the meat of a live human and we weren't living in an apocalyptic situation, I wouldn't eat it. If it was meat, based on the biology of humans, grown in a laboratory, I would eat it (assuming the meat isn't contaminated in any way).
