Game crashing after injecting and loading into a game.

I use friendly hack, and I inject using extreme injector, but for some reason every time I join into ANY server, on any game mode, my game crashes as soon as I load into the game. This is extremely frustrating because this didn't used to happen. If anyone knows how to fix this, or has any theories on how to fix this please tell me
