Hello,
According to Riot there's absolutely no way to get a hold of any replays from your match history prior to latest update. I find it hard to believe that it's a technical restriction and I think it's rather just hardcoded into the client to restrict from downloading a replay after an update has been made or if your games version differs from the replay's version.
The thing is, Riot did this because it would be conflicting to watch replays from a previous game version since the values in the game are different and the replay wouldnt make sense however... there is a Rioter that explained you can watch old replay files if you open them in the corresponding version of league.
Eg.: If i have the replay from a 8.7 game I can get the 8.7 game binaries, drop the replay on it and voila. The thing is while this is possible, downloading an older replay isn't, at least not to my knowledge. I am wondering if anyone has an idea how to parse/download the older replays because I'm almost sure it's still stored somewhere.
