why dont you go for coffe lake ?
Title, but I also was wondering whatever or not this build was worth it?
I can reuse my SSD/HDD and GPU so it shouldn't be really the problem
My CPU is currently i7-3770k 3.4 Ghz but its out of the date for todays standards, and when I wanna record Battlefield for example without using Nvidia Experience and the shadow play, I drop to around 40-60 FPS depending on an area and when I record with Shadow play, I am around 60-144 FPS, I want it to be stable, and I play on 100% resolution + low settings which makes the game look ugly as shit.

No problems with the build. Pretty standard overall.
Perhaps look into upgrading your GPU next.

Also one more thing. Don't know the prices for your country but in USD, the 7700K is $318 and the 8700K is $347. For a $29 difference, you might as well get the 8700K because you won't need to upgrade for a long time. Pretty much "future proofs" your setup.

You're thinking that the GTX 970 wouldn't do the cut as more graphically demanding games come out? Or do you mean that I should look into better GPU with more than enough vram? Because I think yeah, the 970 is out of date as well just like my processor, may as well look into 8700k, but at first I thought of getting the i7-8700X but that shit is way too expensive and probably wouldn't be needed for what I am trying to do with the build, like recording, high demanding rendering, perhaps even streaming, and 4K gaming.

970 is way out of date. Even the lowest tiered card the GTX 1060, gets a 10-20+ frames on AAA title games. You don't need a GPU now but consider it later in the future. Generally any card newer than the 970 is gonna be an upgrade. The 970 was released in 2014.
You're already planning on getting the 7700K and the 8700K is just a tiny bit more. If you are upgrading your set up it only makes sense to make sure it lasts you for a long time. For the small price difference between the two, its worth it in the long run to get the 8700K.

Other than that the build is good, that is the final thing I'm getting from your post... I was planning to get the latest Nvidia GPU's to top it all off, but until I can run the current one for one/2 years more, I should be good, plus, should I include another set of SSD's or HDD's? like one of those SSD's that directly goes on motherboard like the ram or something like that?

Yup, like I said on my first reply, the build is good. Nothing wrong with it.
SSD's cost money and the the directly into the mobo one's you are referring to are the M.2 variant and they cost slightly a bit more. A standard SSD is more than enough. The M.2's are just slightly better in terms of speed. I don't know what's your situation on memory. If you're getting close to your hard drive limit then you might have to get another HDD.

Thanks!
I am looking for more speed, especially when I want to have 1 SSD for Windows and its updates, then another 250GB or so SSD for programs, and then 1 2TB HDD and 1 4TB HDD (why 4 drivers because games take space and when I want to record butt load of stuff then I run out space real fast)
currently have like 1TB HDD and 250GB SSD, but i might not reuse them on my new build and keep this one for PS4 games (i mean not actually games but more like for connecting Elgato to it)

I do more than just gaming, but I might actually keep this PC and attach it to another monitor, but extra mouse, keyboard and speakers, and build the gaming PC where I can record most games on 144hz without dropping massive frames, currently I record BF1 at 40-50 FPS while using Dxtory (and I favor this more than OBS, Shadow play) and while I'm streaming 720p 60 FPS my BF1 lags as well, drops around 40-50 fps like Dxtory, i use shadow play when im desperate for some BF videos...
i just want gaming PC that doesn't have issues with frame dropping, and recording at the same time, and I think 8700k might do it, should I add something else than just do the change for cpu cooler?
