can i restart router from my comp even if its far away?

i got connected to someone's router and i (for some reason) want to restart it but caus he/she lives in another building i cant press the button or plug it out.can i do it over the internet or somethin?

yes you can restart but you need the router ip address and maybe the pass and user info

yes you can go to your router thingy like mine is 192.168.1.1 or some shit like that and there you log in your admin name , pass and from there menu you can restart it

Sniff his packets, look for online banking and stuff, and do transfers over the router and fill his shared folder with lots and LOTS of porn and useless crap so his Harddrive fills up

Press start, then my network places then find the folder for the other computer and start filling it up with alot of shit
