Account stolen and password changed - A word of warning

Just throwing this out here before I totally quit the game:

I've used CrazyClient exclusively since creating my latest account, had some fun playing around and managed to get some decent stuff.
About a week ago I went for my daily login and found that my password no longer worked, DECA took until today to reset it...

I logged in and see my main character is dead, my other characters have been stripped of items and anything of value that wasn't soulbound in my vault is gone.

So yeah, can't think of anything other than one of the clients stealing my pass.
My login info wasn't used anywhere else, and I've only ever used current versions of CC I've downloaded here...

Just figured I'd throw this up here as a warning to make sure you change your password regularly and hope that your current client isn't stealing info.

Don't blame the client blame dirty hackers lol there's been an increase of hackers lately
best word of advice i can tell mpgh is to change your password asap to something you've never used before

But you can decompile the source of crazy and verify for yourself if there is malicious code, even comparing the code with previous versions using winmerge.

If it was the crazy client
then why End game accounts weren't hacked?
I have one, I know atleast 50+ people who have end game accs and use CC or 059 and they didnt get hacked.

If you play pservers then you know why you are hacked. Or your details were leaked somewhere

Must have been stolen elsewhere.

It's not difficult to manually look at the code of the MPGH ROTMG clients. Anybody can see there is nothing to steal account info.

This is why, you do not use same passwords everywhere. + change your password more often and use letters and numbers, and you will be safe.

You might have some sort of Trojan virus on your computer? I’d do a full virus scan if I were you
