JK. I think it's goodish. To me, it looks laggy. And +, the graphics r bad.

You just make in 1280 X 720 to make it HD, that's all.

All computes will lag a bit when recording. Usually what I do is that I speed up the video to compensate for the lag. I get around 30 FPS when recording.

To speed up gaming I use:

TuneUp Utilities (cracked one in stickies)
GameBooster
CCleaner
