No Recoil is fixed, you can plant mines/do whatever. It is now an option in the menu. 
I will release an EU version soon, hold tight EU users!
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO KEEP THE MENU OPEN THE WHOLE TIME, YOU CAN PRESS INSERT TO SHOW IT/CLOSE IT

I crash when I inject, I can't even make it to the log-in screen!?! 
Control Panel -> System and Maintenance -> System -> Remote Settings in top right corner -> Advanced tab -> Under 'Performance' area click 'Settings -> Data Execution Prevention -> Turn on DEP for all programs except for those I select: -> Click 'Add' -> add Engine.exe from CA Folder.
