Multi-Threaded Ping Checker Minimal v1.1.4

Since i have not so much free time due to work / gf and stuff, i will not be able to update the good looking version of the ping checker this week, but since it was requested, i thought i make a quick update to the minimal version.
This version is tested, but not optimized in any way (no time tho). Next time i am going to make the UI Performance way better!

So, what did i change?

I added a tab to make a "custom ping" wich allows to ping multiple times (default = 4 times but can be changed to you liking)
Added a function to show the result in three different ways (minimal, average and maximum ping time)
Added a timer with a 5 and 10 seconds option. If checked it will auto-update the ping times every x seconds).
