Is there a way to get a custom Prestige? PC

Hi, like the title says im looking to find out if its possible to get a custom prestige on Black ops 2 PC

Im used to modding the game on ps3 using rtm tools, menus etc.
i just cant seem to find anywhere wether i can get an custom prestige on pc or not.
Is there a way to do it?

What do u mean with "custom" prestige?

As in Prestige 9 for example or Prestige 15 from the Black ops 1.
I know there is a infection clip that makes you master prestige but i do not like the prestige icon i would rather have 6, 9 or 13.
Im used to just changing this using rtm tool on console i just do not know if its possible or not on PC

setstatsbyplayer plevel (1-999) any prestige past 15 doesnt have an icon. u must have console or remote tool
