Recovering from a hardwareid flag/ban? Is it possible?

Hello guys and girls if those mythical creatures actually exist.

I have a more than a strong suspicion that i have been hwid banned/flagged as all 3 of my accounts (that i have never ever cheated on); 2 of which i hadn't used for over a month and even my main account got sentenced to the "Red trustfactor hell" all at once. And after half a year they haven't been vac/ow banned or have they recovered no matter what i have tried.

Reason being (suprise suprise...) because i had another windows installion on a different partition where i played with free steam accounts and got banned, so yes i deserve this 100%.

However i was thinking of getting a fresh start and actually not being a toxic retard for once, so the question i have is this:

Has anyone recovered from a situation like this? If so, what components is the flag/ban tied to? Is it more than just pc, meaning if i had another system that i created an account with would it get flagged right away due to ip or something?

And yes i tried creating a fresh account with a throwaway email and it had the red trustfactor right away.
