How to run multiple gmod accounts at once without VM

Hello, is there anyway i could run multiple different gmod accounts on my pc without a VM software? thanks!

I have this in one my txt files
I would just use sandboxie do something like this and make a sandboxie.cfg to disable a bunch of textures and shit and attempt to keep ur fps high i guess
make sure to use engine_no_focus_sleep at 400 for ur sandboxed shit
Also use datacachesize 12 and mess with mem_ commands

Here's some autism I wrote down. Uhh you need the cracked version of Sandboxie be careful u might get a virus or just buy it.
If you can't find it cause brainlet then just reply and i might help

I used to join servers like SuperiorServers with 10 accounts at once or GarnetGaming. They take it very seriously for some reason, so I wouldn't recommend joining those servers.
