R5 3600 200$ better than i7 9700 for 370$

On top of CPU performance topping out, RAM prices have gone down like 250% within a year and a half.
Corsair has also been selling a easy kit for a giant liquid cooling system for like 400$ which is pretty badass
because it usually costs like 600$ to get a custom liquid cooled system in your desktop.
