eBay listings that don't get shutdown

Hello guys! I was thinking about this for a while now, people who sell products on eBay for example Windows 10 keys and etc. How they don't get taken down by eBay? I assume that these listings are not allowed for people to resell Microsoft products since you have have appropriate license in order to do so. So my questions is, why they are still available for people to buy? Do they use some kind of special keywords in order to keep these listings on eBay?

I'm a eBay reseller and I can't resell them either. I tried to look for reselling licences but I couldn't find any. Maybe they used some special unknown method to sell them.

Not sure how they do it but even if you started now, there are small chances of success for those items because there are sellers with thousands of sales. You must find unsaturated items.

That's true, the demand is so high that people sell items that are not allowed for sale because it's very profitable.

True. That's the one way of doing it. If you are not eligible to post in a certain category, you just put it in some random category but still uses the same text and stuff. Your listing will still appear once you search for it, but there are other things that affect if your item will be top 10 or on the 3rd page.

I didn't even know that eBay uses tag system in the listing, where do you actually input these tags on the listing? Because once you create a listing there is no such field to input these tags, only listing name and subtitle.

Improving general item SEO, paying for watchers(guaranteed top). Some of my listings are top on search bar by just buying watchers for them.

I was reselling office account with an Australian eBay acc, it was smooth and nicely done until SOMEONE complained about ingenuity.
In fact I sold genuine account, but got messed up by eBay.
