With our current technology, the full dive seems to be out of reach.

However, I don't think it will be too long until we get VR MMORPGs with our current form of VR.
This seems to be the first point of progress that we must make in order to reach the fantasy world of SAO.


In the story, there were less advanced VR games before SAO so who knows... maybe irl anime harems will appear out of nowhere tomorrow.
