Go to Alibaba if you’re looking for ultra bulk amounts which most likely lack in quality for the cheapest products

If you want quality blanks then it will def cost more
Price can vary a fuckton depending on what you’re looking for etc

A hacking forum might not be ideal for this

Probably not the answer you are looking for but if you can afford the upfront cost you can just buy a press for a couple hundred dollars and print your own shirts.
After that just find a good supplier of blanks from tao/ali.

Long term this is one of the best things you could learn to do.
