So I tried using this methode to farm DoomCoin. I was very successful. WIth 2 secondary account each one in different cell killing the mobs, I got 4200 Dark spirits orbs in less than a day.
In his tutorial he uses packet spammer, But with this methode you can't complete the quest to get the Darkspiritorbs.
So instead you can put the packets between the (kills*) in your bots commands list
Don't use (kill untill item drops) if you use it, the bot won't rotate and the packets won't activate
Example:
Kill* (kill random monster)
%xt%zm%aggroMon%20117%3%4% (don't use this packets)
%xt%zm%aggroMon%20117%5%6% (don't use this packets)
Kill*
(To learn how to get the packets, Just follow the tutorial on the link above)
Don't try using packets to attack mobs in other cells,(you may get ban for some days) let your secondary accounts do it
Requirements
1 secondary account or more
I used two secondary accounts, if you have more you'll probably get doomcoin faster

1-Glitch the room so the bot goes faster
2-Position your secondary account on screen 4 of maul and start a bot to kill random mob
3-Use your own bot just add the packets for the screen you have another account between kills
