Greetings one more time, my last tutorial isnt as accurate as i would like because Hq!Osu is garbage and no one will fix it, so here i am making a new one, the method will be mostly stay the same with minor changes and improvements, so lets start with this
AS I SAID IN MY PREVIOUS GUIDE THIS ISN'T THE POST THAT SAYS "CHANGE YOUR HWID AND GET NORDVPN"<==-
This will be a guide on how to not get banned if you have 2IQ, so let's start
- You will nead a VPN, choose one of your desire, i use NORDVPN, after all it is a good VPN
- As this is an alt account for security reasons we will need to change your HWID, it's not truly required but is way safer, there's many ways to do this and i'll leave two, one here, this program was made by @heterochromiairidis and has tons of features.
And the other one here, this last one is quite new so it's surely not detected and it was made by @Cherry-
When everything's up and running we will be only one step away from our brand new account, now open Osu! and create the new account, if you are using the program made by Cherry make sure to always run Osu! from his program.
And that's all, your new account its up!!
Now if you want to use Hq!Osu anyways just because let me warn you that it's working too badly and it's certainly unplayable.
From now on you can play "normally" and what I mean by normally is only making up to 20pp~ plays, I've found this very useful post a week ago and Ill leave the Image here:

A:It depends on how long have you been playing for, dont try to make PP at the beginning because there's no newbie that cares of PP

A: Osu saves your IP And HWID so you cant log into it without a VPN and without changin your HWID
Q: When do you think I can start playing 3 star maps?
A: In my main account i sarted playing 3 stars in 2 weeks, you can do it before if you want

If you want to cheat on your account there's a few cheats that might work such as ReplayRidor and osu! Ainu but I've heard that they are detected or not working but there's a cheat that you have surely seen and it's Osu!RX made by @mrflashstudio and works pretty fine, it now has some cool new features like TimeWarp but do not make to obvlibious plays cause your account will get insta restricted.

Or just get a VPN, Change your HWID and don't be blatant, slowly make your way up to were you where before.
There is no other way really, unless you want to play in private servers(?
