At first it was the community, back then I had a lot of friends on MPGH (from when I was shitposting). I was legit on MPGH most of the day in General. After getting demoted I came back to reminisce and stayed for the marketplace. I had made a good 30k off MPGH (I can elaborate more if you want). Now unfortunately (lowkey) its more of an obligation... (which is why I dont come to General as much anymore and just stay in my section)

What's your opinion on how the MM team came about and transitioned into what it is today?

Basically, I saw an opportunity to offer the services MPGH offered to people I knew IRL. This worked especially well with refunding. I would charge my friends 25% per refund and then pay the refunder 5% and pocket the rest. All I had to do was just copy paste the information and relay refund statuses basically. After the first friend did it, it spread like wildfire and everyone was trying to do it with me. I eventually had a nationwide network of people requesting refunds but got out before it went and bit me in the ass

Can't really speak about how the current MM team but the old MM team was a ragtag group of people lmao.. Since we didnt have any previous generation to go off of we just sorta winged everything.

Elite/Mem Level 2 is pretty much useless.
I also sorta thought the newsforce was sorta irrelevant (even though I was on it). Like from my time most of the articles are basically copied and idk how many ppl actually read it... I feel like publicists have the right ideas but lack the momentum/motivation to keep them going

Both do have a purpose that is beneficial, it just comes to whether or not the usergroup can execute their purpose well. I could be wrong tho
