    Messaging people, why's it so hard?

    Trying to message sellers on this page is so hard. Its totally putting me off the site? Can't message them till they add you and that?

    Am i getting it all wrong?

    Issue

    I have a similar issue when it comes to messaging people. I will add them to my contacts, but when I select Send New Message it directs me to an error page.

    Bad user experience. I'm going to improve that with a rewrite. Until then, you have to add them and wait for them to accept your add before being able to message them. Dumb I know.
