WHAT IS iMPGH?


impgh.com is a service provided by yours truly, it is a better alternative to Imgur or other public image/file hosting websites
It features end to end encryption, ddos protection from cloudflare, randomization of file names on upload, no IP logging,
Auto-Purged logs (24 hours), multi-file uploading,lossless music playback,lossless movie playback, multi file-type hosting, shareX compatibility, fast uploading and results, 100mb file limit, custom purging of items by request, and 24/7 365 uptime.




Sounds good, but why does that matter?

Everytime you upload an image to Imgur or a public hosting directory it is public for as long as it is online, this can be a huge problem for opsec, privacy, or for your thread embeds, take for example TinyPic, many users chose to use that file host in the past, however it had a history of deleting old images, leaving many threads with broken image links, Imgur on the other hand publishes your picture online for all to see, accidentally screenshotted some important sensitive info? tough luck someone can snipe that info from right under you as long as its posted on Imgur. Law enforcement and government agencies, along with big companies use public image hostings for their algorithms or even to target you. The image drag and drop area is too small, if you drag your image just outside of that box, it doesn't work. Maybe you should highlight the box.

I really like how we slowly transition into more independent components instead of relying on third-parties. Good job on the website, further integration into MPGH would be sweet.

Also, thought I'd point out that Imgur does support hiding and deleting your images.
