Stackry Holding Package(s) "different" names

Lets say for example I made an order with the name J Dilling(reship has the same name on account) and to pay the reship, I payed with the name John Dillinghall.

They flagged this package and now require a selfie with the 2 different names on government id. If they do not receive the wanted documentation, they'll return the package to the retailers(can't happen), payment refunded and account turned off.

What would I do in this instance?

I was thinking on playing "dumb", not understanding that it required a government name not an alias and claim both ID's to be the same person.
