Being banned is inevitable, especially when you cheat in online games.
But there are always ways around it, especially when your online.
How it works online:
Getting banned has a purpose, when on the internet (web sites, games).
You (the banned person) have done something against the rules or are / where annoying the other people / users / players.
However the situation may be, getting banned is inevitable, and when you come back after a ban you may be banned again if you continue doing what you were doing before.
This being said, there are several ways to not get banned, or at least avoid not being to access the website / game in question again (they may have resources of value, or just be fun)
The obvious part: (how to avoid getting banned)
- Read the rules
- Abide by the rules
- Don't be a prick. (being a douche will get you banned, hacks or no hacks!)
To the good part:
Yes and finally we get to the good part.
Tip 1: Know your Enemies
This tip has more to do with avoiding to get banned, especially when hacking in online games. Many people create Cracked servers and they never paid for the game, in my eyes they are making the creators of the game lose money, while most of you probably already really own the game.
Target servers which have no Anti Cheat (punkbuster, other), if you are thinking servers based on steam games then you MUST i say MUST play without steam. They may have VAC secured servers, but VAC bans require a steam_id, no steam = no steam id = no steam_id ban but IP ban.
Cracked servers are also a good place to hack online, for whatever reason they have a cracked server, they allow people who do not own the game to play online, so no one will cry for them when you hack, aside from them and the admins.
Tip 2: Know your Bounds
When getting banned, don't immediately go back to the same server / website. Let the admins cool off and then later on create an account which has nothing of information that you used last. Log on to a different site / server for a while.
Tip 3: Use a VPN
Although using a vpn as a way to get unbanned i find it more useful to get banned with a ip i never really did have, so that whenever i wish to anonymously view content of the site again, i can do that whenever i want.
A VPN is better then a proxy or any other technique because often some sites or games have functions to detect or see through them (i know some ip sites saw my real ip through some ip changing apps. But never through my vpn.), Also it encrypts your data between you and your ISP. (also helps with torrenting)
Tip 4: Don't be fooled.
Last tip i want to give any one who read this tutorial is not to get fooled.
A computer ip may be banned, but a person is never bound to a computer, therefore a person can never be banned from the internet, unless maybe his country does not have internet or is banned from all ISP's (and if this happens i'm sure you must have done something really extraordinary).
YOU CAN NEVER GET BANNED FROM THE INTERNET!
Lot's of ISP's have changing ip adresses if you re-initialize. I don't know what they exactly call this, but basically when connecting with your modem an IP is given to your modem and anyone who accesses the internet through it.
The oldskool method: Pull out your modem for a minute or less and you should be given a new IP whenever your modem connects your ISP.
The computer method: Release your IP. Google it
WARNING: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CHANGING IP BUT IT STAYS THE SAME, I RECOMMEND USING A VPN AT ALL TIME!
Resources:
A small list of resources that can aid you on your quest to anonymity, privacy and possible mayhem you may cause.
Pro VPN's:
- HideMyAss (i have used this, the client is slow, but they have a beta PPTP version which goes just as fast as your internet goes. But like i said, its beta, for me it disconnects in less then 30 seconds every time. Downtime noted.)
- Cybe****** (Never tried this PRO version)
Free VPN's:
- Hotspotshield (The best free VPN by far, unfortunately for you Europe users, like me, it is us only servers and therefore slower.)
- Cybe****** (well let me put it this way, it works, but has nag screens, timer for reconnecting, still slow for EU service in my opinion.)
- UltraVPN (a basic free VPN, nothing special but it works.)
Lastly here is an anti noob tip: (pardon me i just love encrypting messages)
