I got a team working on the stuff right now for a much lower and actually reasonable quote but it'll take about a month to finish the theme, and then another month to finish the remainder of plugins.

There's already been a lot donated, but NodeBB's 15k quote to finish the stuff we need was way too high. If the team I have working on it now pulls through, it will be all done within a reasonable amount.
